The Homestead is one mile away from the Guadalupe River, The Comal River and the Schlitterbahn Water Park. Sitting on two acres of beautiful oak covered lawn in a quiet neighborhood just down the road from Gruene. Perfect for a family gathering, as it will seat up to 25 guests for dinner.

With 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa there is enough bed space to accommodate 12 guests but we can make room for more. This is a very large home with plenty of room to spread out and feel right at home.

There is even a screened in sleeping porch, which could prove to be a great memory maker for "city kids" who need to experience some country and nature.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch complete with a wicker glider, loveseat and chairs. There is a gas grill for your convenience and a charcoal grill for the traditionalist.

Consider this home if you are planning a river trip, a group retreat or even a Thanksgiving or other holiday gathering.

A very short drive or a nice walk will get you to any many exciting destinations or travel a little bit further down the road and find yourself in San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Wimberley or Canyon Lake.
